PURCHASING OFFICER

Job Description: - This is a position reporting directly to the Accounting Clerk 1 and the Clinic Manager. - .To purchase laboratory reagents and office supplies. - To assist the Top Management in the procurement of medical equipment and machines needed in the operations. - To monitor the inventory of reagents and office supplies on a daily basis. - To assist the Accounting Department in the processing and releasing of payables. - To act as property custodian; responsible for the monitoring and inventory of medical and office equipment. - To observe quality system at all times. Requirements: - Must be a college graduate preferably major in Business Administration - Must render 240 Hours On the Job Training - At least 1 year(s) working experience in the related field is required for this position

REGISTERED MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIST

RECORDS CLERK

Job Description: - This is a position reporting directly to the Head of the Records Department. - To prepare transmittal report of the PEME results for both local and overseas applicants. - To prepare and encode medical results on the Clinic Information System. - To collate all different examinations done on the examinee. - To safe-keep and maintain medical results prior to delivery. - To segregate medical results/records according to company or by referral. - To maintain custody over office equipment. - To observe quality system at all times. Requirements: - Must be a graduate of any course preferably Nurse. - Must render 240 Hours On the Job Training - At least 1 year(s) working experience in the related field is required for this position

REGISTRATION CLERK

Job Description: - To receive Referral slip from examinee then provides P.E. form for fill up. • To log-in patient’s data in their corresponding Logbooks - To entertain clients’, call. - To accommodate and guide patients for medical. - To observe quality system at all times. REGISTERED NURSE

Job Description: - Receives and assists patients for Physical Examination/consultation. - Helps perform BP taking for local examinees and other related vital signs of OPD patients such as C.R., R.R., temperature. - Measures the height and weight of patients for P.E. - To carry out ECG examination to applicants and sends the tracings to the Specialist. • To properly record all related patient’s data in patients’ PE form/chart/logbook as needed. • Assists examining physicians as needed.
